There were no Mazdaspeed NAs. The turbo Mazdaspeed was an NB.

Exactly. The Mazdaspeed was only available in '04-'05.

It has low miles but it also has a style bar and isn't a Mazdaspeed. If it has been kept up and winter stored properly and has ZERO rust this could be a good buy, just research the short nose crank on miata.net and see if you are willing to deal with those issues. It could be a good buy and it is worth looking at, but I wouldn't drive it in winter where they heavily salt the roads less you only want the car for a year as it will begin to rust immediately.
